A user is anyone who can log in to SurveyStance to create surveys, view results or manage settings. Plans are based on how many teammates need access — not how many surveys you run.
Are there limits on surveys or responses?
No. All plans include unlimited OneClick surveys and unlimited responses. We don’t charge you more for collecting more feedback.
Can I share surveys with QR codes and links?
Yes. Team and Company plans include QR code and link sharing, making it easy to collect feedback in physical locations or digitally.
What happens if I need more users?
If you outgrow your plan, you can upgrade at any time. For larger teams or custom needs, we offer Enterprise plans with flexible user counts.
Do all users have the same permissions?
Team and Company plans include custom permissions, so you can control who can create surveys, view results or manage settings.
Can I export my data?
