Can I use my own iPad with SurveyStance Software?
Yes you can use your own iPad with SurveyStance software! SurveyStance iPads are programed for remote management, additional security settings and we can make sure all software is always up-to-date. We can also lock the iPad into 'Single App Mode' so users can't exit the app in Kiosk Mode.
Are the iPads locked within the stand?
The iPad is locked inside the stand (you will have the key). The iPad Stands also have a standard cable lock input so if theft is a concern we can provide you with a cable lock to further secure the SurveyStance iPad and Stand.
What kind of reporting do you provide?
Our dashboards & reports are in depth yet very easy to read and understand. You will have access to real-time reports via the SurveyStance portal. You also have the option of receiving a Weekly and/or Monthly summary report sent right to your inbox. You can export the data into excel or PDF as well. All our reporting is able to be broken out by user and device.
Is there support for multiple users and devices?
Yes! We have built our platform for all company sizes from 1 device to 100+ devices. For larger organizations you will appoint one Company Admin who will be able to invite other users and be able to assign specific devices to each user. The users can be setup with 'Full-Access' or 'Read-Only' access.
How to prevent people from accessing other apps on the iPad?
You will have the capability of locking the app in 'single app' mode which will not allow anyone (except the admin) to exit this app.
How do you Prevent Misuse Protection?
After a user completes a survey on the Kiosk there is a 'splash page' that displays Survey Completed message. You can control how long that screen is displayed which will prevent anyone from starting the next survey. If you're concerned with misuse, we suggest making this Survey Completed page display for 20-30 seconds. This will prevent users from filling out multiple surveys. You can also enable a 'Welcome Page' that requires the user to Swipe or Tap to start the survey. This can help prevent unwanted feedback.
What is your refund policy?
We have a full 30 day refund policy, if it's not working for you let us know and we'll provide you a full refund!
Does SurveyStance also provide the hardware?
We do offer kiosk stands to our customers and can usually offer in either black or white.
What emoji answer sets do you offer?
We offer a variety of emoji sets including smiley, thumbs up/down, star ratings, number scale, free form text as well as custom inputs. We welcome you to check out our product demo video here for a sneak peek!
Is there conditional questioning functionality? (Ie question order depends on previous answers)
Yes! You can condition certain questions to be asked/not asked depending on how a previous question was answered. This opens up multiple survey paths and allows our customers to obtain more specific information in certain areas.
Are there feedback submission alerts?
Yes! Alerts can be configured such that you are notified when feedback is submitted. You can customize the type of feedback you want to be notified about as well as how you want to be notified.

Can the one click signature be embedded anywhere?
Yes, we have customers that use it in employees email signatures, in the body of emails, or even at a purchase confirmation page or submission page.
Is there a Virtual/ QR code option for the one click survey?
Yes! We have a touch-less one click feedback survey that can be used virtually or physically on location. Through a sticker or banner, you can ask your one question survey with a visible QR code. Your customer or employee simply opens their camera, hovers the qr code which automatically launches the survey. They simply click on an emoji and voila!
Can we capture more information or ask additional questions?
Yes! Once the one click feedback is collected, they are routed to a page which allows them to provide additional information and even answer additional questions. These landing pages are completely customizable in which customers can tweak at any time.
Can it promote online reviews?
Yes! When the person completes the landing page, they are offered a button that links to provide an online review. The link can be customized to the site of choice.
